Artist Note / Inspiration: "This painting is my humble tribute to Maa Shailaputri—the daughter of the Himalayas and the first form of Navadurga. Known as Vrisharudha, riding the bull, and Shooladhara, the bearer of the trident, she embodies purity, strength, and the power of new beginnings. Crowned by the crescent moon, she is the radiant Yashaswini, whose blessings guide us with grace and resilience. Through this work, I wished to capture her serene strength—a reminder that divinity often resides in simplicity and silence."
